I thought I would treat you to a little snippet from my new book, which I am working on at the moment...
"Subtle things continued to happen from then on, cups and cutlery moving slightly from where I’d placed them, or doors closing softly on their own even when there was no breeze; still, I thought nothing of them. I've never been one to spook easily, and far from being frightened of my new surroundings and living alone for the first time in my life, I felt right at home instantly and comfortable in my own space.
I had no reason to suspect that my new home had a big secret, and little did I know that events would begin to unfold that would lead me, at times, to question my own sanity."
